One of my juniors, Buster Bruton, was invited to the All American Junior Golf Tour Championship. It was held at The Championship Club at Hampton Creek in Ooltewah, TN, on May 26-27, 2007. The top six 5th and 6th graders were invited to participate.
He threw the lowest score on the board for all ages, a 68. The 68 and 77 lead him to an 8 shot victory. Not bad for an 11 year old.
That's awesome man.....I can honestly say teaching Junior Golf is one of the most rewarding experiences, and there's no better justification for a teacher than having their student's succeed.
Congrats to you and Buster.
